CNS Supervision

Pursuing your CNS board certification? Earn supervised hours under the guidance of experienced CNS providers and gain meaningful experience with us. If you've already taken our Clinical Nutrition Immersion Program course, sign up for our CNS Supervision Add-On.

What's included

  • Weekly group meetings on Mondays from 12-1 pm PST to review your cases, including symptom presentation, lab results, patient history, and applicable testing, treatment and research.
  • Shadowing of one BioLounge appointment each month (in clinic or virtual)
  • One-on-one meeting with Megan Barnett every 60 days to review your cases

Just starting out and don't have your own patients yet?
No problem! You'll have the opportunity to work on Megan's cases and earn hours. Please note: This does NOT guarantee 30 hours of work per week (the maximum hours one can earn under weekly supervision), it is merely a supplement to your own work and practice.

Patrick Jones - Course author

Megan Barnett, MS, CNS

As a functional medicine nutritionist, I work with patients to identify what’s at the root of their health problems then design individualized, science-based approaches to alleviate their symptoms and help their bodies heal. I’ve helped patients reverse conditions they’d been told were untreatable or irreversible by conventional healthcare providers.

I have a B.S. in dietetics from Kansas University and a M.S. in human nutrition and functional medicine from University of Western States. I have extensive experience creating lectures and online education programs and love sharing my passion for health with others.
