Megan Barnett, MS, CNS
Megan Barnett is a board‑certified Clinical Nutrition Specialist and functional medicine leader based in Portland, Oregon. As co-owner and lead clinical nutritionist at BioLounge, she empowers patients—both in‑clinic and virtually—to uncover the root causes of chronic symptoms and design personalized, science‑based nutrition and lifestyle protocols to restore long‑term health.
In addition to her work as a clinician and supervisor, Megan serves on the board of the Certified Nutrition Specialists, serves as co-founded and Chief of Product Development at Florasophy and co‑hosts The Whole Health Podcast. Megan holds a BS in dietetics from Kansas State University and a MS in Human Nutrition and Functional Medicine from University of Western States.

Vanessa Lara, Ph.D., CNS, LDN/LN
Dr. Vanessa Lara is a passionate functional medicine nutritionist dedicated to helping individuals achieve optimal health though personalized integrative care. Dr. Lara holds a Ph.D. in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology from the University of Miami, where she completed her research on the effects of food quality vs. food quantity on cardiometabolic markers and microbiota of overweight individuals. In addition, she is a board-certified as a Certified Nutrition Specialist and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist.
